Kumafrost ice cream and sorbet is made from scratch right in the cart. We only use natural ingredients. Milk, cream, sugar, egg. All flavors are natural as well. Such as mint leaf, vanilla beans from Madagascar, pure matcha powder from Japan, and blueberries from right here in Oregon to name a few. We like to keep the flavors simple. All of our flavors consist of 2 ingredients max + the base. We feel that keeping it simple showcases the flavor profiles more. You won't ever see us make a macadamia coconut honey pecan swirl chocolate. That's just out of control. Put the brakes on there tough guy. So stop on down get a scoop. And if it's slow, we can have a chin wag about death metal, string theory, ufo's, breaking bad, or even Jesus.
